With the last flurry of exchanges taking place this week in the region, following a very successful Autumn of sales, agents are now slowing down for the festive season ahead. Agents in Cardiff have reported a dramatic fall in appraisals and viewings whilst Monmouthshire and the Forest of Dean agents are experiencing a more gradual decline. This is historically a time when people batten down the hatches and spend time with family and friends, but also a time when future decisions and plans are made. Enquiry levels from new clients are up and we expect to see some interesting properties available early in 2010 and of course look forward to matching our clients needs accordingly.
